The Depot Townhomes have officially broken ground in the heart of Downtown Round Rock.
The project, which has been planned since 2017, will include 80 townhomes with floor plans ranging from two to four bedrooms. The first phase of the project consists of 23 units and is expected to be completed in early 2023.
Located south of Bagdad Avenue from Mays Street to Burnet Street, the units will span 1,300 to 2,800 square feet and will offer 12-foot ceilings, hardwood floors and some will feature rooftop decks with views of the historic district. Several units will consist of a residential space upstairs and commercial or office space downstairs.
The developer, InTown Homes, is accepting waitlist submissions from interested residents on their website.
The site was previously home to construction materials supplier, Builders Gypsum Supply.
