The Monarch on Main townhome development in Downtown Round Rock is now accepting inquiries from potential homebuyers.
Monarch on Main, located at 1280 E. Main St., hosted its grand opening on June 7 and is now scheduling appointments for model home tours. The development includes 59 two-story townhomes, ranging from 1,881 to 1,975 square feet, with features such as attached garages, open-concept layouts, and smart home technology.
The project is part of a broader effort to increase the volume of residential options in the downtown area.
City of Round Rock leaders long ago set revitalization of Downtown as a long-term investment and priority, backed by input from residents and included in development plans, including Round Rock 2030. Downtown implementation strategies outlined in Round Rock 2030 include the facilitation of a mix of residential development types, to include a minimum of 1,000 housing units within a quarter-mile of Main Street.
