The owners of the popular Texan Cafe in Downtown Hutto have purchased Louisiana Longhorn Cafe (LLC) at 200 East Main Street. The new owners plan to maintain the beloved LLC staff, concept, and menu.
LLC was opened 22 years ago by Ray and Melinda Overstreet.
“When we started the restaurant 22 years ago, we never thought that we would be here this long,” the Overstreets said in a recent post on social media announcing their retirement from the cafe. “We have enjoyed the relationships that we have built with you during this time. We have seen your children born and off to college. Some of your kids have worked for us. We have been to funerals and weddings, and some of you are our best friends now.”
While the Overstreets enjoy their well-deserved retirement, LLC will remain the same beloved cajun food destination in the heart of Downtown Round Rock.
