Making progress: Old library remodel and paseo project takes shape

The remodel of the Griffith Building, formerly home to the Round Rock Public Library, is well underway and on schedule for early 2026 completion.

The 44,000-square-foot building will feature a two-story art gallery, a visitors center, and a new home for the Round Rock Chamber of Commerce. The site will also include a paseo—a walkway connecting East Main Street to East Liberty Avenue and the new public library site. Explore the construction progress below.
