The 9th annual Round Rock Dia de los Muertos procession and festival returns to Centennial Plaza from noon to 8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5.
The procession from Wells Fargo Bank to Centennial Plaza kicks off at 5 p.m. and the festivities kick off in the Plaza at 5:15 p.m. The family-friendly event features live music, cultural performances, craft and food vendors, craft activities for children, and more.
Dia de los Muertos is a traditional Mesoamerican holiday dedicated to our ancestors. It honors both death and the cycle of life.
The event is sponsored by Round Rock Ballet Folklorico, Williamson County Hispanic Heritage Committee, City of Round Rock, Round Rock Arts, and Univision.
