Downtown set to twinkle to life on December 1

Downtown is going to be a lot brighter this holiday season! Downtown Round Rock’s Hometown Holiday light extravaganza will twinkle to life at 6:30 p.m. on December 1 during Christmas Family Night. All of the trees along the light trail will be covered in twinkling lights and there will be larger than life ornaments, gift boxes, and archways perfect for a holiday snapshot in each of the Downtown plazas.

Bring the whole family Downtown any evening in December for a de”light”ful stroll and cap off the fun with some hot cocoa and a yummy bite at one of our many hometown eateries.

If you’re looking for even more holiday fun in Downtown, we’ll have  a holiday singalong and model trains for all to enjoy!

  • Joe McDermott winter holiday singalong-7 p.m., Friday, December 8 at  the Centennial Plaza Amphitheater
  • Model Trains at ArtSpace-12:00pm-5:00 p.m., November 24- December 31, Wednesday through Sunday every week
