Day-in, day-out routines got your stress in a mess, brain down the drain, muscles tighter than brussels (sprouts that is)? Sounds like it’s time for you to ease on into a little hometown relaxation. And what better way to do that than with a few minutes of outdoor meditation?
Thanks to our friends at the Heartfulness Institute, you’re invited to learn simple, effective relaxation and meditation techniques to de-stress, calm your mind and improve the quality of your life.
Sessions are free, open to the public (ages 15+) and will be held on the dates below. While you are welcome to join one or more of the sessions, you are encouraged to join all of them so as to get the most out of it.
All classes will take place at the Centennial Plaza Amphitheater.
